We offer more than horseback guided tours; The ancient grains and a vegetable garden are the first seeds to have been planted on our property to start creating a self-sufficient farm; the old olive grove will soon be regenerated and will be fertilized by our laying hens. Beef and goat meat will soon be integrated to complete the company’s production cycle. Unpaved roads cross the property, among woods of cork oaks, olive trees, wild pear trees, sea asparagus, glasswort, rush, helichrysum and lentisk meadows.

Strawberry fields, tree heath, myrtle, cistus salvifolio , marine cistus, wild lavender are other essences that characterize the flora of the estate. During spring, the wetter areas are enriched with colors thanks to the splendid orchids that dot the wet meadows together with wild gladiolus, tazetta narcissus and sagitta. On the edges of the flooded areas, the pure narcissus of poets blooms in winter.

The river Riu San Giovanni and the river Rio San Pasquale runs trough the property down to the sea, creating a delta of brack-water populated by numerous birds including osprey, kingfisher, purple gallinule, herons and pink flamingos. Wildlife populate the pristine fauna: ducks, tortoises, partridges, hares, turtledoves, foxes, martens, European green toads, weasels and wild boars.
